This Privacy Policy explains how we use, share and protect the personally identifiable information that we collect about you and the choices you have. The personally identifiable information that we might collect from our customers includes name, address, telephone number, email address, account number, debit card number, credit card number , PayPal account number, and/or any additional addresses provided by our customers in the case of shipping gifts, for example (“Personal Information”). Eaglemoss uses debit or credit card information submitted to us for payment purposes only. We will disclose your personally identifiable information to third parties to charge your debit or credit card, fill your order, deliver your order and provide customer service.

From time-to-time, Eaglemoss may give you the opportunity to participate in sweepstakes, contests or surveys on our Sites. If you participate, we will collect certain Personal Information from you. Participation in these sweepstakes, surveys or contests is completely voluntary and you therefore have a choice whether or not to disclose the requested information.  Personal Information requested in these activities might include contact information such as your name and address and demographic information such as your age. We use this information to notify you if you’ve won and to award prizes. We may provide information collected during a contest or promotion to third parties to fulfill prizes.

Information about Your Transactions with Us: When you purchase a product or service, we collect all of your order information, such as the type of product you purchased and the costs of each product.

Our Sites are not intended for use or visit by individuals under the age of 13 years old. No personal information should be submitted by individuals less than 13 years of age. Unless a parent or other adult purchases a product in the name of a child, or provides Personal Information about a child to us, we will collect no personal information about individuals less than 13 years of age.

We will make telephone calls to customers or others that we have an established business relationship unless they have asked to be included on our internal Do Not Call list or when prohibited by law.


California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits customers of Company who are California residents to request and obtain from us once a year, free of charge, information about the Personal Information (if any) we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes in the preceding calendar year. If applicable, this information would include a list of the categories of Personal Information that was shared and the names and addresses of all third parties with which we shared information in the immediately preceding twelve calendar months.
