What is a gift subscription plan?

Our gift subscription plans offer an easy, convenient, and affordable way to send a gift to sci-fi, comic, pop-culture, model building and crafting enthusiasts. We also have lots of gifts that kids and parents can enjoy together, like a play-along interactive library from Disney Animal World. 

All you need to do is pick the collection that matches your gift recipient’s interest and we will send them a gift every month for the duration of the plan. Subscription plans are meaningful gifts that keep on giving.

How do I send a gift subscription plan?

Follow the easy steps below to send a gift:

  • Select the duration you want to send your desired gift plan.
  • Add the gift recipient’s delivery address as well as a personal note (optional).
  • Fill out the form with your billing details.

When will the gift recipient receive the items?

The gift recipient will receive the item(s) included in the gift subscription plan monthly for the duration of the plan selected. After you place the order, it will take 7 to 10 days for the gift recipient to receive their first month’s item(s). Following the first month, they will receive the next item(s) from the collection every 25 days, for the duration of the gift plan.

When will I be charged for the gift subscription plan?

You will be charged up-front for the gift subscription plan, plus any applicable shipping & handling, and taxes. For example: if you sign-up for the 3-month plan, you will be charged up-front for those 3 months.

How do I renew a gift subscription plan?

Gift subscription plans will not renew automatically. You will receive notifications by email before the expiration of the gift plan. To renew the gift plan you can contact our customer service team by phone at 1-800-261-6898 or by email at [email protected].

What happens if I do not renew the gift subscription plan?

If you choose not to renew the plan, the gift recipient will be given the opportunity to sign up for the plan and continue with their collection. If the gift recipient decides to sign up, all billing will be transferred to them.

Can I cancel a gift subscription plan?

Gift plans are non-refundable and cannot be canceled or credited once the order is submitted.
