The gift recipient will receive the item(s) included in the gift subscription plan monthly for the duration of the plan selected. After you place the order, it will take 7 to 10 days for the gift recipient to receive their first month’s item(s). Following the first month, they will receive the next item(s) from the collection every 25 days, for the duration of the gift plan.

You will be charged up-front for the gift subscription plan, plus any applicable shipping & handling, and taxes. For example: if you sign-up for the 3-month plan, you will be charged up-front for those 3 months.

Gift subscription plans will not renew automatically. You will receive notifications by email before the expiration of the gift plan. To renew the gift plan you can contact our customer service team by phone at 1-800-261-6898 or by email at [email protected].

If you choose not to renew the plan, the gift recipient will be given the opportunity to sign up for the plan and continue with their collection. If the gift recipient decides to sign up, all billing will be transferred to them.

Gift plans are non-refundable and cannot be canceled or credited once the order is submitted.
