What are free gifts? When will I receive my free gifts?

Free gifts are special items that you receive for FREE as a “thank you” for continuing your subscription program. As long as you are an active subscriber, you will be eligible to receive free gifts during the course of your subscription. The gifts you are eligible to receive are as follows:

How many volumes are there in the collection?

There are 100 issues planned in this collection. Eaglemoss reserves the right to change the numbers of volumes. 

How does a Platinum Subscription work?

A Platinum Subscription gives you the opportunity to receive an exclusive Disney Animal Tree House build-up during your subscription for only $0.75 extra per issue. As a Platinum Subscriber you get all the benefits of a regular subscription, plus you will receive the pieces to build your Safari Lodge over the course of your subscription. If I sign up for a Platinum Subscription do I still receive the other free subscription gifts?

Yes, as a Platinum Subscriber you will receive the 4 FREE subscription gifts available to regular subscribers.

When I start my Platinum subscription, with what shipment will I start paying the additional $1.00?

You will start paying the additional $0.75 from your second shipment onwards.

If I want to cancel my subscription am I entitled to a refund for my Platinum payments?

No, you will not be refunded the Platinum payments made prior to cancellation. 

If I cancel my subscription am I able to pay the remaining Platinum payments to receive the additional items?

Once you cancel your subscription you will no longer be able to pay for the Platinum Subscription.
