As part of the 1st Infantry Division, this Jeep was among the first wave of troops to land at Omaha Beach on D-Day. So you will be building a genuine piece of military history!
On June 6th, 1944, this Willys MB Jeep® – along with thousands of men, vehicles and armaments from the 1st Infantry Division – landed on Omaha Beach in Normandy. This Willys MB Jeep® was part of the 1st Infantry’s continuous offensive across France which saw it reach the German border, before taking part in the Battle of THE Bulge, helping set up the Bridgehead at Remagen, and also seeing action in the Rhine and Ruhr regions.
More than just a battlefield 4x4, this particular Willys MB Jeep® has been involved in some of the US Army’s most significant campaigns in the European theater of World War II.
