DIRECTOR DROPS NEW FLASH MOVIE TEASE

Director Andy Muschietti has dropped a new intriguing teaser image for the forthcoming Flash movie, below.

The image, shared on Muschetti's Instagram feed, has the Flash logo and costume colour sprayed on to a Batman costume similar to that worn by Michael Keaton in 1989's Batman movie. What does it mean?! The movie is to feature the Flash crossing different timelines and encountering different Dark Knights. Muschetti has previously shared images of a blood-spattered Batman chest logo and a new Supergirl costume.

In the new movie Ezra Miller is reprising his role as Barry Allen from Zach Snyder's Justice League, with Michael Keaton back as the 1989 Bruce Wayne, along with Ben Affleck as the more-recent Batman/Bruce Wayne, Ron (Office Space) Livingston and Maribel (Y Tu Mama Tambien) Verdú as Barry Allen's parents, Derry Girls' Saoirse-Monica Jackson and Rudy Mancuso in undisclosed roles, Sasha Calle as Supergirl and Kiersey Clemons as Iris West.

The Flash is directed by IT's Andy Muschietti based on a screenplay by Christina Hodson (Bumblebee, Birds of Prey).

The Flash is currently due for release on November 4, 2022.
